  • FAQs

How can I get more promotion for my trailer?

Premium Listings receive added promotion across our platform, increasing your trailer’s visibility and helping attract more bookings.

How does the Instant Book option work?

If an owner enables Instant Book on their trailer, it can be booked by customers instantly (without waiting for the owner to respond to a booking request). When the Instant Book feature is enabled, bookings can be made immediately for available dates. Read more about the benefits of Instant Book for customers.

What is the damage cover included with Premium Listing?

Premium Listings include Trailer Shield — a damage cover that applies while your trailer is on hire. It does not cover personal use outside of the hire period. Read more about the benefits of Trailer Shield for owners.

Can I use the exclusive discount codes for my own customers?

Yes! Premium owners can create exclusive discount codes to share with their customers — great for promotions or rewarding repeat hires.

What’s included in the Premium branding package?

You’ll get QR code stickers and helpful marketing resources to make your trailer stand out and attract more hires.

What’s included in Roadside Assistance by NRMA?

Roadside Assistance, provided by NRMA, is available exclusively for customers renting Premium Listed Trailers. It includes help with tyre changes, towing, and common mechanical issues during the hire. Read more about the Roadside Assistance provided by NRMA.

How is the Premium Monthly subscription billed?

The Premium Monthly plan is billed automatically each month using your saved payment method. You’ll continue to receive all Premium benefits — including Premium branding and Premium support — for as long as your subscription remains active. You can cancel at any time from your listing’s Subscription tab.

What are the Premium options available?

There are two ways to unlock Premium benefits for your trailer — Premium Monthly and Premium Pay As You Go. Both options give you added promotion, Trailer Shield damage cover, NRMA Roadside Assistance, and other Premium perks. The difference is how you pay — either a flat monthly fee or a 10% fee per hire.

What's the difference between Premium Monthly and Premium Pay As You Go?

Premium Monthly gives your trailer continuous Premium benefits for a flat monthly fee. Premium Pay As You Go gives you most of the Premium benefits, but instead of paying upfront, a 10% service fee is deducted from each hire payout. No hires, no charge.

How does the Premium Pay As You Go fee work?

When you choose Premium Pay As You Go, a 10% service fee is automatically deducted from each hire payout. For example, if you set your trailer’s daily price to $30, your customer will pay the hire price plus the standard service fee. Once the hire is completed, you’ll receive $27, and $3 will go toward your Premium Pay As You Go fee.

Is there any charge if I don’t get any hires?

No. With Premium Pay As You Go, you only pay when you earn. If there are no hires, there's no fee.

Do I still get all the Premium features with Pay As You Go?

Yes! Premium Pay As You Go includes key Premium benefits — Trailer Shield damage cover, Roadside Assistance (NRMA), exclusive discount codes, and access to Instant Book — just with a per-hire fee instead of a monthly payment. It does not include Premium branding or Premium support.

Can I switch between Premium Monthly and Pay As You Go?

Absolutely. You can switch between Premium Monthly and Pay As You Go at any time from your listing’s Subscription tab. If you’re getting regular hires, Premium Monthly is usually the better value — you’ll keep all Premium benefits and save on per-hire fees, plus enjoy Premium branding and support.
