    How does the Instant Book option work?

    If an owner enables Instant Book on their trailer, it can be booked by customers instantly (without waiting for the owner to respond to a booking request). When the Instant Book feature is enabled, bookings can be made immediately for available dates. Read more about the benefits of Instant Book for customers.

    Can I cancel an Instant Book hire?

    How do I know if a trailer offers Instant Book?

    Look for the ⚡️ Instant Book tag on the listing — it means the trailer can be booked right away without waiting for approval.

    What happens after I make a booking with Instant Book?

    You’ll get instant confirmation along with the pick-up address and any instructions. All the details will be in your booking under "My bookings".

    Is Instant Book available for all trailers?

    No — only trailers where the owner has enabled Instant Book will show the ⚡️ Instant Book tag. It’s up to the trailer owner to turn it on.

    Can I still message the owner after an Instant Book?

    Absolutely! You can use the messaging system at any time to coordinate pick-up or ask questions about the trailer.
