  Easy process but trailor not maintained properly, jockey wheel very hard to release and store and could not park trailor with it supported by jockey wheel for same reason, had to lift trailor off of ball by hand trailor performed well whilst towing. Also no handle supplied for manual whinch, used my own and as removing car from trailor the strap on it came off, luckily on flat ground so car did not roll away, strap not fixed to whinch at end of spool.

  Easy to book trailer was better than expected and cheaper than any other place. Did have an issue with the electric cable where it was rewired and taped up and the indicators etc stopped working so I had to rewire it again but it was nothing major.

  From the original enquiry, the booking process, picking up in the morning and returning in the afternoon, every step was very easy to negotiate. Charlie was very helpful and nothing was a problem. The trailer was in top condition with all the lights working. The winch made loading the 4WD onto the trailer so much easier than trying to physically push it on. All the necessary straps were included and in great condition.
