Easy process but trailor not maintained properly, jockey wheel very hard to release and store and could not park trailor with it supported by jockey wheel for same reason, had to lift trailor off of ball by hand trailor performed well whilst towing. Also no handle supplied for manual whinch, used my own and as removing car from trailor the strap on it came off, luckily on flat ground so car did not roll away, strap not fixed to whinch at end of spool.
