Exceptionally smooth experience from pick up to return. Melissa's responses to messages were super fast. I also, even, easily managed to get my motorhome into the pick up section at the back of the garage, hooked up, and no issues continuing around and out the driveway. Melissa seems very serious about business and was very professional and eager to assist in any added way she could. Melissa's husband was there for drop off, on return; a very friendly, and chatty chap. Thank you both for your service.

This was any easy and straight forward hiring experience. The trailer was as described and was perfect for our requirements. Mel was super friendly and helpful and I would recommend to anyone looking to hire a trailer in the Lockyer Valley. I will certainly hire from Melissa again when the need arises.
