  Very polite and very understanding whith a touch of compassion. I had hired the trailer for 24hr to help me move house. but was set back with rain limiting the time i did have with the trailer. After a simple message and fast reply. I was able to return a little later as Nikka was very understanding to the situation with the limited time I did get with the trailer. I Would definitely hire from them again. Understanding great communication which made the trailer hire very easy 5 stars from me all day long.
