  Perfect rental. Excellent experience. Great communication, instant confirmation and very friendly customer service when I needed help. Instructions were easy to follow, pick up and drop off was very simple. Trailer was in excellent condition, huge size with plenty room for large furniture items. Highly recommended.

  Santosh was great. The booking was easy but the pick up was problematic. I could not make contact with the hirer and there was no phone number for either the hirer or the local trailer company. I think this is a problem. At 8am people do not check emails. The hirer has all the customer’s details. But the customer is unable to obtain any assistance. This shortcoming needs to be looked at
