So easy to book the trailer on line.. Hassle free pick up and drop off..would recommend this service.

The trailer booked was a shiny new 8x5 with ramp. Trailer on offer was a well worn 7x5 with no ramp. The Local Trailer Hire website site seems to have no avenue for complaints resolution, nor any mechanism for providing refunds outside their automated timeframes. There is no contact number for assistance - just some fairly useless guidelines. Buyer beware.
