  This was my second time renting the same trailer. The first experience was excellent — I didn’t have any issues at all. However, the second (and probably last) time was completely different. The trailer ramp was completely dismantled, with only the metal frame in place. All the wooden boards that support the ramp were loose inside the trailer. As a result, I had to fix the ramp myself because I no longer had time to rent another trailer. To make matters worse, after adjusting the ramp and starting to load the trailer, I noticed that one of the tires was flat. The trailer also had no spare tire, which created yet another problem that I had to deal with.

  Overall, very good experience. Had booked to pick up from Springvale, but had to pick up from Vermont as it was on a weekend. On the plus side, hirer allowed me to return to Springvale much later than scheduled. Hirer attended promptly for pickup and dropoff. Will use again.
