  Easy to book and pick up, trailer was perfect and price was right. Jacques was helpful and assisted with attaching the trailer. My only comment in this whole process is that I was charged before I confirmed the trailer, then once the charge had gone through on my CC the trailer owner was not able to respond to me. I booked the trailer at 9am but the owner had to leave home early and I had to pickup at 7.15am which was almost 2 hours earlier than I had wanted to collect it. Might be more efficient to have to the booking process confirmed with times etc before charging? What if I was unable to pick up the trailer 2 hours earlier than I booked it? I had already been charged??? Otherwise great idea for affordable trailer hire.
