  Despite an unexpected issue, I still had a very positive experience. It was clearly a freak incident rather than a maintenance problem, and Matt was helpful throughout. Things don't always go perfectly, but it's how people respond that matters. Matt handled the situation professionally, communicated well, and did everything they could to help. I wouldn't hesitate to hire from him again.
