  An absolute gentleman. I ran into some car troubles and caused Dan to cancel a subsequent booking. He couldn't have been more understanding and patient with my series of issues that would have tested the patience of a saint. The 5 star scale just isn't close to adequate to describe how positive a trailer rental experience I had with this legend! I swear they should have Valkyrie swoop down and blow trumpets to herald the presence of a trailer rental ALL STAR when you click on his listing. Zero exaggeration.
