Instructions could be less dense / obscure but Adam was helpful enough on the phone when they needed clarification. Suggest simplifying the process - not many people who need to borrow a trailer for a day will have time to follow a multi-step adventure map to retrieve / return it. Was fun though, great satisfaction in finally finding the lockbox.

I was surprised that there was a local trailer hire and what a fantastic service. I found Adam’s ad on the way to pickup the sofa. Signed up, booked and paid whilst driving to pick up. Easy to follow instructions and driving away in under 10 mins!! Clear communication and Adam was great to deal with. Highly recommended!!

This was the best experience. Easy to find the right trailer close by. The app made it really easy to book and pay for. The trailer was in perfect condition with all the connections and shackles in a handy tool box. The owner gave detailed instructions which made picking up the trailer a breeze. He was responsive, flexible, a good communicator and easy to deal with. I will definitely be back next time I need a trailer.
