Trailer size was just what we needed. Easy process for booking, pick-up and drop off. Jacob happened to come out when we were picking it up, and very kindly helped us manoeuvre the trailer to our car ( street congestion at the time ), delaying taking his beautiful Betty for a walk ( I've quite lost my heart to her 💖 ). Be aware, the trailer is very solidly built, and you might find it a bit heavier when manoeuvring for hooking up, etc. than you'd expect, especially if you're doing it by yourself. All round good experience.

Terrible experience, turned up at arranged time to find nobody home. Sent multiple messages with no response and after waiting for an hour had to leave. Left me stranded at 6pm on the eve of a long weekend with no trailer to use for our planned holiday, then had to pay a huge amount more to get one on short notice. Would never use this service again as no way to actually ring anyone when there is a problem.....would have given zero stars if that was an option
