    Trailer is in good condition. Communication is poor. I waited 30 minutes for someone to turn up to unlock trailer. I was not given a contact number or unit number when ready to pick-up. Upon drop off I tried messaging and calling the number provided on pick-up, waited for over 30 minutes with no contact. Dropped trailer off and left.
