Everything went easily and as explained once I placed the order. I still think the business model that requires upfront payment via credit card on an unknown website creates risk for the customer. A fraudulent website could easily mimic this and just money via the credit card details. You should look at something like PayPal to provide a more secure payment option. Apart that uncertainty it was a good experience and the trailer was perfect for my job

Perfect transaction. Allan was on the ball with his communication - always very quick. Pick up and drop off were made super simple. Even accommodated a later than normal return to save dropping it back the next day. I'd happily rent from Allan again.

Very easy to deal with. Allan explained everything as I don't use trailer very often. He also included some tools, tarp which was handy in rain (didn't use it) as I carrying some luggage. He was flexible to drop off anytime when I am finished, didn't have to see Allan when dropping off. I finished the job and dropped the trailer back at 1.30am and locked it as explained. Smooth experience. Will easily work with Allan again.
