  Chao was very helpful. He assisted hooking the trailer to my car. The trailer had a bit of a wheel wobble at 100kph speed, and pin missing on rear drop gate hinge. The trailer was not as new as previous bookings from localtrailerhire. However, overall the trailer performed as required for my use.

  Chao was fantastic. Super responsive, friendly and has a well looked after trailer that tows like a dream. I had to check a few times that it was still there since it tows that smoothly. Perfect size for moving bulky furniture. Not too big, not too small. Highly recommend!
