  Lots of room for improvement is the short summary. Reddy wasn't home for pickup, trailer had some damage and trailer had no spare tyre. Then he tried to cancel my booking for somebody else. The trailer itself was fantastic except for the broken coupling clasp.

  While not the cheapest trailer available it was definitely quality with excellent features such as a great ramp for loading and unloading. The availability in terms of pickup and drop off times as well as the support to hookup was great. Thanks.
