  Peter is friendly and helpful, as evidenced when I collected the trailer and was given a quick demo, a device to lock the trailer to prevent it being stolen, and he checked the trailer connections with me. He was prompt to reply to multiple messages from me and Peter made sure he was available for a troublefree pickup and return of the trailer. The trailer is "as new", sturdy and it runs smoothly and quietly.
