The trailers are not insured. It is the customers responsibility to ensure trailer are locked up securely at all times.

The trailer was in excellent condition and exactly as described on the website. David was very friendly, easy to deal with, and flexible with the pick-up time. He also provided D-rings to attach the trailer's chains to my car, and helped me attach and detatch the trailer to the car. Highly recommended.

No fuss rental at a competitive rate. David's staff were a great help to walk through the process making the pick up straightforward and were able to answer any questions. David was welcoming to talk to and very understanding, will be looking forward to working with him in the future should the need arise!

Very, very poor communication from David F. I asked about straps/chains & electrical connections: was told ‘call in the day’. Informed I needed info prior: I was ignored fir a week. Consequently, I cancelled a day prior, was told ‘call Duncan’. I asked ‘who’s Duncan & how would I call him’, i was ignored again. Horrible service. Would not use again
