Such a pleasure and pleasant experience hiring a trailer from James 10 out of 10 , very friendly and accommodating had a glitch in the matrix on my behalf with booking dates with contact with James and his experience he wanted to confirm pick up dates he replied next month right , I had a wtf moment checked my dates and I’ve selected wrong dates explained to James my dilemma he simply responded to me saying it’s ok just change dates if I couldn’t just rebook he doesn’t think I ve been charged unable to change dates after confirming booking I cancelled booking and rebooked trailer . Never got charged for my mistake happy about that . Very happy with the trailer 10out of 10 and super happy about James very helpful nature even the woman that showed up to help disconnect trailer thank u as well for your help great team I recommend hiring off James to any that require 7x5 cage trailer cheers champ
