Nigel was very quick replying to my booking request and communicating re picking up and dropping off. The trailer was well prepared and ideal for all the items we needed to move. I had trouble unattaching at the end and Nigel was very helpful in helping unhooking a ball coupling that wouldn’t release and making a difficult situation evaporate through a patient and determined solution finding mindset.
