Im sorry Jan !! The 3 star review below regarding trailer not being there was completely my fault as I had hired the trailer previous day and had not returned it on time ... so my apologies to you and the next user who wasted fuel and time both of which are extremely valuable !! That being said , I hope the 3 star review is taken in context of the thousands of 5star reviews because Jan is top guy who has the best trailers and the whole process is so easy and convenient. I hire trailers every couple of weeks for work and will only ever now use Jans trailers!

Sadly, the trailer was not there when we arrived to collect! Our schedule for the day was completely disrupted. We tried contacting JanL with no success for abt 40 mins, during which we drive around trying to find another. Not appreciated when fuel is so expensive! Eventually JanL contacted us and arranged for another trailer.
