We booked the trailer for a 7:00am pickup on Sunday, and the time was confirmed in advance. However, we were given the wrong address and ended up knocking on a stranger's door early on a Sunday morning, which was very embarrassing. We sent several messages and called the owner multiple times but got no response. The owner only got back to us around 7:30am, and as a result we arrived late to our event. The trailer itself was fine, but the communication and the wrong address made the pickup very stressful. Please double-check the pickup details and be reachable at the agreed time.

Very good trailer. Just needs a new jockey wheel.

William was easy to deal with, trailer was perfect, towed well, sturdy cage. Great for my furniture move.
