2024 16' Car Trailer - Comes with full set of straps included in hire price (no additional charge). - 12v winch with wireless remote to make loading easy. - Light and easy to tow. - Long & wide, suitable for most vehicles (4.8m x 1.95m deck) - Flat 7 pin plug fitted (flat to large round adaptor included, flat to small round adaptor available on request). Easy in-town pickup/drop-off location (Delacombe - Ballarat) Very flexible on pickup/drop-off times, self access so late night/early morning is no problem. Drop-off and pickup to/from a location of your choice may be available by arrangement.

Ruined my day. Trailer booked for 8.30. Arrived 8.20 noone there. At 8.30- messaged leaving my phone number. Tried again at around 8.45. No contact made . Left at 9.00 as I needed to make a kixed meeting. Hired a trailer elsewhere. Late for appointment. When I got home found a message sent at 9.30 with a key number to access the yard. If that was the system why was it not sent earlier? Why was no phone contract made? What a hopeless system. There needs to be some effective means of communication by phone as I do not carry a computer with me. PLease ensure that there is a full refund made to my account. Martin
