  I am disappointing at the customer service I received: 1. Murray was not home when I arrived around 4 mins late. There was an issue see 2. He said not phoning him was may fault, but he was not there when I was expected at a specific time. So I did not have his number, as I expected him to be there. Hence, I had to go home to get his number. 2.The trailer was parked it on both sides. I have not dealt with such an issue before. We discuss the issue over the phone. He said that "every one knows" to pull out a trailer when its parked in. However, this is a traffic law breach can lead to a double parking fine if caught ~$300. See Road Rules 2014 - REG 189 (NSW), and or google it, Good customer service would therefore mean making sure double parking is not required. I am not sure, but telling your customers to break the law is rather risky business practice. 3. The number plate light wires were disconnected, potentially risking another traffic offense. Overall the trailer except for the light was good. The customer service was negative, the trailer OK. I will not use Murray again.
