Easy process! Easy location, seamless pick up and drop off. Appreciate the additional ropes and straps for use too. Will definitely be borrowing again in the future.

The location of the trailer was not as per the listing, reason for this hire because it was the closest to me. After arriving at pick up location in the app which I screenshot to help with directions on the day , no trailer. Then on reading everything in long text message from Jan the trailer was located on the side of a busy road near a park perhaps 2km away. Somewhat ruined the experience. Otherwise trailer was fine.
