Caleb was great to deal with - he replied to questions within minutes and when I arrived to collect the trailer, he clearly explained everything I needed to know. The trailer itself was like brand new. It was easy to manoeuvre on/off the car and made loading/unloading the bike easy as well. Most importantly, it held my bike very securely the whole journey. Overall great experience - will definitely hire from Caleb again.
