Was not aware of the booking till I came and sent me down the back to a muddy paddock to hook on trailer which was not ready to be hitched. Had to turn trailer around and remove some bits and pieces including tape covering the lights. Then to really top it off when my Freind returned the trailer was charged a $30 cleaning fee which was unacceptable. Even if the trailer had been clean when I picked it up which it wasn’t $30 is exorbitant. a good idea for the site. A bad experience In this case. The Experience could have been a lot better. The person my friend dealt with on return was different than when we picked up the trailer.🙁
