  Cris was great to deal with. He was away but had somebody have the trailer ready for me on the road, ready to go. He even let me get the trailer earlier than the booked time. Upon inspection of the trailer, I did notice the right hand side lights wernt working at all. After letting Cris know of this, he offered a refund and appologised. Because I had a pickup to do and didnt want to go looking for another trailer.

  I have used cris many times but the last two times I have had the tyre explode this time I was in the middle of the highway on my own and had to wait for over 2 hr for help to arrive to help. As I had a lot more driving to do I decided I couldn't keep going without a spare as the other Tyers didn't look much different to the one that exploded I got it replaced as cris didn't respond to my message. No compensation was offered for replacement of tyre or danger I was put.
