Cris was great to deal with. He was away but had somebody have the trailer ready for me on the road, ready to go. He even let me get the trailer earlier than the booked time. Upon inspection of the trailer, I did notice the right hand side lights wernt working at all. After letting Cris know of this, he offered a refund and appologised. Because I had a pickup to do and didnt want to go looking for another trailer.
