Unfortunately we let David know in advance (4 days) that we would need to return the trailer an hour later than prearranged and he said it was fine. Then when he got another booking (which he should have arranged for a later collection as we had already arranged for a later Pedro off) became hostile and aggressive demanding the trailer be returned. We would never book with him again.
