There were specific instructions for pick up of the trailer which I didnt get in advance. The trailer was in good condition and functional. But was to be picked up off the side of the road in a fairly busy thoroughfare which I felt was dangerous as I couldn't pull off the road due to parked cars and had to partially block a traffic lane to pick up the trailer for hire. Sorry Jan but that was not a great experience for a 60 yo by themself.

All was fine in the end. It took me awhile to find the trailer as it was not parked where I was directed. Got there by a process of elimination. Next time will be easier as I know the routine. It’s still a great service, Tom.
