Not the best experience unfortunately. We choose this trailer because of its location to us and the location of what we needed to pick up. When we arrived at the address we were told they didn’t rent out trailers and house next door used to. Luckily the house next door did have Richard’s number so we could still use the trailer. Richard was then located at Dural which added a lot of delays, tolls and time to our day. The trailer itself was great however the experience was pretty poor. I did email local trailer hire and yet to receive a reply. Probably wouldn’t use this company again.
